Decades of expertise in international music and cultural management – delivering exceptional programmes, personalised artist relations and cultural experiences with a lasting impact.

 

For almost three decades, I have been developing and realising cultural and music projects that combine artistic excellence with professional management, commercial acumen and a special flair for people and atmosphere.

 

In 1997, I founded ehmki music management – driven by a passion for bringing exceptional artists together with the right venues, partners and ideas – and developed the agency into my platform for international booking, artist placement, artist management and my own concert productions. As an artist manager, I have worked with, amongst others, the internationally renowned trumpeter Dusko Goykovich, organising and arranging his concerts; I have also produced my own concerts, for example with Vlatko Stefanovski at the Muffathalle in Munich and at Quasimodo in Berlin.

2026 marks the start of a new chapter: ehmki music management returns with a wealth of experience, an international network and fresh perspectives.

 

For more than 25 years, I served as Music Director at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, where I was responsible for the year-round live music programme, comprising around 300–450 events and 250–300 artist bookings annually.

From 2014 to 2022, I also held the position of General Manager of the internationally renowned Jazzsommer festival at the Bayerischer Hof, where I was responsible for programme planning, international artist bookings, organisation, press relations, PR and marketing, as well as the accompanying film series and curated art exhibitions. In the years prior to this, I had already played a key role in shaping the festival’s development and public perception.

Today, I combine this experience with new ideas and contemporary approaches to cultural management. Through ehmki music management, I develop bespoke music and cultural concepts for businesses, hotels, institutions and private individuals – from the initial idea, through programme design and booking, to the professional delivery of festivals and special cultural events.

This is not simply a matter of booking individual artists.

 

My aim is to develop music and cultural programmes and to secure the right national and international artists, tailored to the occasion, venue, audience and the client’s identity, whilst supporting projects from the initial concept right through to professional execution – to create special cultural experiences that will be remembered for years to come.
